We perform these inspections to maintain our 99.9% guarantee of your satisfaction with our custom built homes. C & S Builders offers all of our customers this written warranty covering all aspects of their homes. Our customer service foreman is a master carpenter who oversees all aspects of any call back item. Our customer service department is available to our clients anytime seven days a week to maintain your peace of mind. His beeper number is given to you at closing for any emergency service.
