Community Involvement
Since founding his company, Len has been an active member
of the community.
He believes in "giving back" and truly walks the
walk.

1997,
Len served as President of the Builder’s Association of Central
Massachusetts.

Served as president of the Greater Worcester Habitat for Humanity program
from 1995-1997, and was the Construction Chairman during the building of two
habitat homes.
1996, Len was instrumental in the acquisition of an unused church located
on Glenwood Road, which was then converted into a Community Center and Senior
Center.
1999 through the spring of 2000, Len organized the community Blitz Build
of a Pool House to serve the town’s new pool and renovated the central
athletic field.

June
of 2002, Len was elected to serve as President of the Homebuilder’s
Association.
2003, Len served on the committee to purchase one-hundred-ten acres of land
next to the community center which is now the site of a new Glennwood Elementary
School.

Len also continued to support the DARE program for the education of the children
of the community. Over the past few years he has sponsored the DARE graduates
trip to the Pawtucket Red Sox game.


In 2004, Len built and opened a new mixed-use building in Rutland. Upon completion
the town enjoyed the Grand Opening of Bushnell Farms, the first delicatessen
and market serving Rutland in over thirty years.
In 2005 to 2006, Len has continued to walk the walk and has donated the equipment and labor to construct 7,000 feet of the Central Massachusetts Rail Trail project from Glenwood Road to Pommogussett Road in Rutland.
Len is a graduate of Becker Junior College in Leicester with an Associates Degree in Business Administration and graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing. He and his wife, Cherylann and their three children have been residents of Rutland most of their lives and now raise their family in the community.
