Founded C&S Builders,as a College Student in 1982 (Thus, the C&S in the name). Over the past 25 years the C&S letters have evolved to mean Customer Satisfaction because of the reputation for quality that Len has earned.

His life-long commitment to customer satisfaction is evidenced in C&S Builder's guarantee, in writing, that they will be back at the 90 day and one year anniversary of your closing to inspect all aspects of your home. In addition, their customer service foreman is a master carpenter who oversees all aspects of any call back item, and the customer service department is available to all clients, anytime, seven days a week to maintain your peace of mind. (His beeper number is given to clients at closing for any emergency service.)

Total Quality Management (TQM) is serious business with C&S Builders,not just the latest buzz-word. We use five inspection checklists, one each for: Foundation –14 items; Framing – 63 items; Production (after rough subs) – 27 items; Quality Standards (finish) – 5-16 points per room, and Cleaning or "Zip up." That's how we're able to guarantee our results.

We provide every homeowner with a pro-active Customer Service Policy of ninety-day and one-year home inspections. We, at C & S Builders, are committed to constant and never ending improvement and we strive to treat every customer the way we would love to be treated!

Building schedules require great project management. Twenty-five years of experience allows C&S Builders to have tight control of the process from start to finish. From Gengel and Sons, the excavation "arm" of C&S Builders, straight through to the closing, C&S Builders maintains a schedule that produces customer satisfaction at all levels, and earned the company the "Builder of the Year" award in 1995.
